How do I check a payment?

Check your dashboard to see whether the payment request has been sent and paid, and use the timeline to check when the payment was received or sent.

Step by step

   Step 1: Go to your dashboard.

   Step 2: Click Bookings & Pricing in the menu.

   Step 3: Click Bookings.

   Step 4: Look up the booking whose payment you want to check, for example by the guest's name.

   Step 5: Click Details next to the booking.

   Step 6: Click the Payment requests tab.

   Step 7: Under Sent? you see whether the payment request has been sent.

   Step 8: Under Paid? you see whether the payment request has been paid.

   Step 9: Want to know exactly when a payment was sent or received? Click Timeline.
