How do I change the default settings on my invoice?

Adjust the standard VAT rate, the invoice text and the logo via ‘Payment Terms’ in your accommodation settings.

Step by step

   Step 1: Go to your dashboard.

   Step 2: Click My accommodation in the menu.

   Step 3: Click Payment terms.

   Step 4: Scroll to the invoice settings. Are you liable for VAT? Tick Subject to VAT?.

   Step 5: Enter the default VAT rate under VAT percentage.

   Step 6: Write the Invoice text in the text box. Use the flags to fill in the text in other languages.

   Step 7: Under Invoice logo, upload your logo from your computer (PNG only).
