How do I set a standard rate?

Easily set a standard rate with a minimum stay, an extra cleaning day and a price per night, including surcharges and check-in rules.

Step by step

   Step 1: Go to your dashboard.

   Step 2: Click Bookings & Pricing in the menu.

   Step 3: Click Rates.

   Step 4: Click Edit next to Standard rate.

   Step 5: If you like, set a minimum and maximum length of stay.

   Step 6: Set the minimum number of days between booking and arrival. Tick Block an extra day for final cleaning to block a cleaning day after each booking.

   Step 7: Set the Price per night.

   Step 8: If you like, set a separate price for a weekend night.

   Step 9: If you like, set a fixed price for a weekend, long weekend or midweek, and below that for one or more weeks.

    Step 10: Set how many guests are included in the basic price and the surcharge per extra guest per night.

    Step 11: Under Check-in days and Check-out days, set on which days guests may arrive and leave.
