How do I adjust my nightly rate and restrictions?

You can easily adjust your nightly rate, minimum stay and check-in or check-out dates for standard or seasonal rates in your Voyando dashboard.

Step by step

   Step 1: Go to your dashboard.

   Step 2: Click Bookings & Pricing in the menu.

   Step 3: Click Rates.

   Step 4: Want to change your basic rate? Click Edit next to Standard rate; the fields are the same as below.

   Step 5: For a specific period, click the three dots next to the period rate. Does the period not exist yet? Create a period rate first.

   Step 6: Click Edit.

   Step 7: Check and if needed change the Start date and End date.

   Step 8: Set the minimum and maximum length of stay.

   Step 9: Under Minimum days between booking and arrival, set the minimum number of days between booking and arrival. Tick Block an extra day for final cleaning to block an extra day after each booking.

    Step 10: Change the Price per night for weekday nights.

    Step 11: Under Price per weekend night (Fri & Sat) you set a separate price for weekend nights.

    Step 12: Set how many persons are included in the price and what each extra person costs per night. Note, this only applies to your own website and is not sent through the channel manager.

    Step 13: Under Check-in days and Check-out days, set on which days guests may arrive and leave.
