Preliminary instructions:
- Ensure your full pricing schedule is completed in your Voyando Dashboard.
- Your property must be fully listed on VRBO.
- Any blackout periods you have entered manually in VRBO must be copied manually to the Voyando dashboard.
- Ensure that all additional charges, such as cleaning fees, are correctly set up in VRBO.
- Logging in and Navigating
- Log in to your dashboard and select the correct property in the top-left corner.
- Go to the Channel Manager section and activate the Channel Manager.
- Click on “Activate/Manage Connections”.
- Create a Connection
- Click the blue ‘Create’ button to create a new connection.
- In the “Channel” field, search for VRBO and give the connection a name.
- Log in using your VRBO credentials.
- Click the "Authentication" button. A code will now be sent to your phone, which you must enter here. If this doesn’t work, click "Save" and reload the page.
- Click “Next”.
- Linking Accommodations
- Link the specific property in Voyando to its VRBO listing.
- Select only the property that is currently available on Voyando.
Please note: Do you have multiple properties? If so, please link only the first property and then send an email to [email protected] or create a support ticket! We will then ensure that the remaining properties are linked.
- Optionally, automatically adjust the price to match VRBO.
- Click on ‘Actions’ next to the relevant link
- Click on ‘Edit’
- Click on ‘Channel Settings’
- Click on ‘Add Modifier’
- You’ll see two input fields here where you can set the standard price for Booking.com to be automatically increased or decreased.
- Activating the Channel Manager
- Activate the Channel Manager under ‘Actions’ (on the right-hand side of the table, in blue).
- Then click on ‘Actions’ again and then on ‘Pull Future Reservations’
