How do I add an extra user to my Voyando account?

Add additional users by first upgrading your subscription and then assigning users and permissions via the dashboard.

Step by step

   Step 1: Go to your dashboard. Extra users are part of your subscription; if you have no licences yet, add them first under Financial > Subscription.

   Step 2: Click Users in the menu.

   Step 3: Click Add user.

   Step 4: Enter the first name.

   Step 5: Enter the last name.

   Step 6: Enter the new user's e-mail address. They receive an e-mail to set their own password.

   Step 7: Tick the accommodations the new user gets access to.

   Step 8: Choose which rights the user gets. You can fine-tune this per topic later.

   Step 9: Click Save.

    Step 10: The new user then appears in the list under Users.

    Step 11: Want to change the rights later? Click Edit next to the user.

    Step 12: Pick a default role, or set per topic whether the user has no access, read-only or write access.
