How can I change my payment details for the direct debit for my subscription?

You can easily update your payment details for direct debit via your dashboard under ‘Financial’ and ‘Subscription’. Enter your new payment method.

   Step 1: Go to your dashboard.

   Step 2: Click Financial in the menu.

   Step 3: Click Subscription.

   Step 4: With an active subscription you find the Change payment details button at the top here. It opens a secure page where you choose another payment method and enter the details.
