Why is a date still blocked, and how do I fix it?

Find out why a date remains blocked and how to correctly remove blocks, options or bookings via the Voyando dashboard.

Step by step

   Step 1: Go to your dashboard.

   Step 2: Click Bookings & Pricing in the menu.

   Step 3: Click Availability.

   Step 4: Click List view.

   Step 5: Check the Type column to see where the block comes from. Always remove a block or booking at its source: it then disappears from every linked platform by itself.

   Step 6: Does it say Block or Option? Remove it here with the three dots and Delete. Does it say Booking? Then cancel the booking itself.

   Step 7: Does it show the name of a platform, or do you see the block several times? Then it comes in through an iCal link. Click Import/export calendar.

   Step 8: Check that this link is entered at that platform, and remove the block on the platform itself. If it still stays, contact the platform.
