How can I remove a block from an external source?

Easily remove conflicts via Voyando and ensure they are automatically removed from all linked calendars within 12 hours. Check iCal links if you encounter any problems.

Step by step

   Step 1: Go to your dashboard.

   Step 2: Click Bookings & Pricing in the menu.

   Step 3: Click Availability.

   Step 4: Click List view.

   Step 5: Find the block. The Type column shows its source. Voyando's own blocks are called Booking, Block or Option; otherwise it shows the platform's name.

   Step 6: Does the block come from a platform? Remove it on that platform; after the next sync (12 hours at most) the date is free again. If it stays, click Import/export calendar.

   Step 7: Check that the status of the calendar in question is OK.

   Step 8: Check that exactly this link is entered at the platform; every platform gets its own link. If the link is right and the block stays, ask the platform to remove it manually.
