How do I set an additional rate per guest on Airbnb?

Updated

In Voyando, you can easily set a surcharge per additional guest for Airbnb and specify how many guests are included in the base price.

When using our channel manager, you can set up Voyando so that Airbnb charges a surcharge for each additional guest. Log in to the Voyando dashboard and follow the steps below.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Voyando dashboard.

  2. Click on Channel Manager in the menu.

  3. Click on ‘Activate/Manage Connections’.

  4. Find the relevant connection and click on Actions next to it.

  5. Then click on Edit.

  6. Next, click on ‘Listing’.

  7. Find the correct property, then click on Actions again.

  8. Select ‘Price settings’.

  9. Under the Price settings heading, you’ll find the following options:

    • Price per extra guest → Here you can enter the amount you wish to charge per additional guest.

    • Guests included → Here you can set how many guests are included as standard in the base price.

Once saved, this rate will be automatically applied to Airbnb.
