How do I create a booking manually?

Create a booking manually by entering guest details, dates and prices, and managing payments and email templates.

Step by step

   Step 1: Go to your dashboard.

   Step 2: Click Bookings & Pricing in the menu.

   Step 3: Click Bookings.

   Step 4: Click Create booking.

   Step 5: Enter the guest's e-mail address.

   Step 6: Choose the check-in date.

   Step 7: Choose the check-out date.

   Step 8: Enter the number of guests (adults, children, babies and pets).

   Step 9: Does the booking come through an external platform (such as Airbnb or Booking.com)? Then switch this on. Leave it off for a booking through your own website.

    Step 10: Click Save. Do you get a message that the date is not available? That is only for your information, but do check that there is no other booking on that date.

    Step 11: Fill in or check the guest's details.

    Step 12: Adjust the price if needed.
